PGA Ocean´s 4 kicks off the 2024 season of our Executive Course Tournaments

Aiming to offer to any level of player the experience of enjoying the only golf course affiliated to the PGA of America in the Dominican Republic. The season of our Executive Course tournaments officially began at PGA Ocean's 4 in Playa Nueva Romana.

These tournaments are designed to be recreational and friendly; it gives the player an excellent opportunity to practice and improve the game in specific areas such as: the short game (putting, chipping, pitching), which are essential for a good performance on the course. The player will gain confidence and improve his technique, it is a relaxed setting for those who are starting to play the game.

These tournaments will be held bimonthly, in different formats, we will let you know in advance. The first tournament of 2024 had the participation of 26 players, 13 twosomes, who enjoyed the benefits of the course, and the challenges of each hole.

These were the results of the tournament last Saturday, March 2:

-In the 0-18 category, first place went to Jean Piere Melet and Veronic Melet with the score of 45, second place to Carlos Cabral and Harold Celis with the score of 48.

- In the 19-36 category, Federico Villanueva and Darling Rodríguez finished in first place with a score of 48. Second place was tied by Amin Zapete, Gabriela Zapete, and Gabriel Morales, Rafael Rondon with a score of 52.
